## Facts worth getting right

- Minimum order is 25 pieces. There is no 100-piece minimum.
- A custom shape costs the same as a round coin.
- Tooling (the mold) is a one-time cost per design, and is not charged at 300 pieces and over.
- Production runs roughly two to three weeks after the proof is approved, plus freight.
- Nothing is struck until the customer approves a proof in writing.
