Orders going to an address in the valley are delivered by hand. It is the least technically impressive thing we do and the one customers mention most, because the last three days of a coin order are where everything that goes wrong goes wrong.
WHY THE LAST LEG IS THE ONE THAT FAILS
A custom coin order has three stages, and only one of them regularly goes wrong. The design and proof are under your control. Production is under ours and runs to a schedule. The final delivery is under a carrier's, and it is the stage where a box sits in a hub over a weekend with a tracking page that has not updated since Tuesday.
That is a minor irritation on most orders and a disaster on the ones with a fixed date — a change of command, a graduation, a show that opens Tuesday morning. Removing that stage entirely is the point of this. Not speed: certainty.

If your address is outside that and you are still in Nevada, statewide orders ship — and we tell you that before you order rather than after. Not sure which side of the line you are on? Ask. It is a thirty-second answer.
HOW IT ACTUALLY GOES
You approve a proof. Front and back at print size, with the size, edge, finish and colour count called out. Nothing is struck before this.
The coins are made. About two to three weeks. This is the part local delivery does not change — they are struck at our overseas factory, as every custom coin at this price is.
We call you.Once they are with us, we agree a day and a window that suits you. A squadron, a fire house and a resort's receiving dock all have different answers to that question, which is exactly why a carrier cannot handle it.
We hand them over. To the address you picked. If something is wrong with them, you are telling the person who made them, in person, on the day.
WHO USES IT MOST
The pattern is consistent: whoever has a date they cannot move. Trade show exhibitors working to a hall opening, squadrons at Nellis with a ceremony on the calendar, Metro academy classes graduating on a fixed day, and fire houses marking a retirement.

What people here ask first
- Does local delivery cost anything?
- There is no shipping charge on an order delivered inside the valley. It is not a discount on the coins — the per-coin price is the same as it would be anywhere else in the country — it is that the outbound shipping line simply is not on the quote.
- How do you decide when to deliver?
- We arrange it with you rather than guessing. Once the coins land with us we call or text to agree a day and a window, which is the part a carrier cannot do. If you have a date the coins are needed for, tell us at the quote stage and we work backwards from it.
- Where exactly do you deliver?
- Addresses across the Las Vegas valley — Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Paradise, Spring Valley, Enterprise and Sunrise Manor. If you are not sure whether your address is in range, ask before ordering; if it is outside, the order ships and we say so up front rather than after you have paid.
- Can I collect them instead?
- We deliver rather than run a counter — there is no shopfront to collect from. In practice that is the same outcome for you and one less trip, since we bring them to an address you choose at a time you agreed.
- Does being local make the coins arrive faster?
- It removes the last leg, which is typically a few days, and it removes the uncertainty in that leg entirely. It does not shorten production — the coins are struck at our overseas factory like everyone else's, and that is about two to three weeks after you approve the proof. Local delivery makes the end of the timeline predictable, not the middle of it shorter.
- What if the date I need is not reachable?
- We tell you before you order. A ceremony, a graduation or a show opening is a fixed date, and taking an order we cannot deliver against helps nobody. Rush production is available and shortens the factory side at extra cost — whether that closes your gap is a question we can answer in one phone call.
